Dated back to 2005, a small family-owned restaurant was opened by Mario Del Pero and Ellen Chen in downtown Los Angeles, with the concept of providing more than just good sandwiches but also elevated dining experience to customers. By the end of 2020, Mendocino Farms has grown to be a popular sandwich chain with 36 locations operating in California and Texas, serving cheffy sandwiches, soulful salads, blue plate specials, deli sides, and soups in a family-friendly environment.
